So I’ve been smoke free for a few days. I feel like I could almost be turning bipolar.
I’m eating everything in site.
But aiming to stay within my limits.
I don’t know what I would do without an iPhone..
So Manu useful apps, games to play when I have a craving. apps to see my progress on both losing weight and to see the goodness that’s happening to my mind, body and more than likely even giving my soul a clear out.
I was going to go out tonight, typical Friday night.
Instead I think im going to have a ‘me’ session, moisturise, paint my nails, love myself.
